PUBLIC NOTICE Cedar Valley Academy Property, LLC, Kurtis Smoke, 19504 58th Ave W Lynnwood, WA 98036, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Kiddie Academy of Lynnwood, is located at 19504 58th Ave W in Lynnwood in Snohomish county. This project involves 1.16 acres of soil disturbance for Commercial, construction activities. The receiving water is Scriber Creek. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecologys action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
