Alderwood Water & Wastewater District NOTICE OF APPLICATION Alderwood Water & Wastewater District (AWWD) has received a State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) application for the following project: Project: W2301D Transmission Main 1 & 2 Valve Replacement Project Applicant: Alderwood Water & Wastewater District (AWWD) Date of SEPA Application: January 30, 2026 Date of Determination of Completeness: February 10, 2026 Date of Issuance of Notice of Application: February 19, 2026 Date of Close of Comment Period: March 5, 2026 Descriptions and Locations of Proposal: Critical valve failures on AWWD transmission mains built in the 1960s and 1970s initiated this multi-phase project. Phase D includes work at 9 sites.
