INVITATION TO BID Grays Harbor County MAINTENANCE & FORESTRY BUILDING REPAIRS The Grays Harbor County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting proposals from contractors possessing the experience and resources to furnish all materials, labor, supervision and equipment for an exterior eave roof repairs and painting project in Montesano, Washington. Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of County Commissioners until 10:00 a.m. March 10, 2026. At this time or thereafter, the sealed bids will be publicly opened and read. Proposals received after 10:00 a.m. March 10, 2026 will not be considered. Contractors may obtain complete digital project bidding documents from Grays Harbor County. Contact Jaime Gomez-Beltran by phone at 360-964-1528 or email at Jaime.Gomez-Beltran@GraysHarbor.us for all documents and technical inquiries. The County will hold a mandatory onsite walkthrough for bidders and prime subcontractors on February 25th, at 10:00 a.m. Questions regarding the site visit are to be directed to the Jaime Gomez-Beltran, Acting Facilities Director at 360-964-1528.
