Notice of Public Hearing of the Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Pierce County Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on March 3, 2026, at 9:30 AM at the Pierce County Public Services Bldg. (Annex), Public Meeting Room, 2401 S. 35th St., Tacoma. To participate in the remote meeting option, visit Zoom.com and click 'Join a Meeting' or call 253-215-8782. Then enter the Meeting ID: 933 8832 8344 and Passcode: 3736. Pierce County Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Plan: The Pierce County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the proposed update to the Pierce County Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Plan. This plan provides the long-term plan for park facilities and programming from 2026-2046. The plan is updated every 6 years. The Commission is expected to make a recommendation on this plan following the public hearing. For more information, please visit www.piercecountywa.gov/PROS.
