PUBLIC NOTICE THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to RCW 78.22.050 to J.P. Longee, with no known last address, their heirs, and all other persons known or unknown claiming any right, title or interest in that certain mineral interest reserved in the Deed dated January 30, 1909 recorded in the Thurston County, Washington records February 9, 1909, Vol. 73 of Deed Record, Page 285, Thurston County Auditor File No. 42938. This Notice was first published on February 10, 2026 and will be published in this newspaper once a week for three consecutive weeks. A claim of abandonment and extinguishment of the mineral interest will be filed upon the expiration of a period of sixty days after the date of the last publication, unless the current mineral interest owner files a statement of claim of mineral interest to Thurston County in the form prescribed in RCW 78.22.040. The organization giving this notice is The Nature Conservancy, 74 Wall St. Seattle WA 98121. The lands affected by the mineral interest are described as follows: All of Lot one (1) and the West half of the Northeast quarter (W 1/2 of NE 1/4) and Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter (NE 1/4 of NW 1/4), Section two (2) Township fifteen (15) North of Range two (2) West of the W.M. and Southeast quarter of Southwest quarter (SE 1/4 of SW 1/4) and Southwest quarter of Southwest quarter (SW 1/4 of SE 1/4) in Section thirty-five (35) Township sixteen (16) North of Range two (2) West of W.M. containing ~36.35 acres of land, more or less, situated in the County of Thurston and State of Washington.
