PUBLIC NOTICE THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to RCW 78.22.050 to W.J. Lanctot and Ada Lanctot, with no known last home address, their heirs, and all other persons known or unknown claiming any right, title or interest in that certain mineral interest reserved in the Deed dated December 13, 1921, recorded in the Thurston County, Washington records August 4, 1922, in Vol. 109 of Deed Record, Page 570 , Thurston County Auditor No. 119908. This Notice was first published on February 10, 2026 and will be published in this newspaper once a week for three consecutive weeks. A claim of abandonment and extinguishment of the mineral interest will be filed upon the expiration of a period of sixty days after the date of the last publication, unless the current mineral interest owner files a statement of claim of mineral interest to Thurston County in the form prescribed in RCW 78.22.040. The organization giving this notice is The Nature Conservancy, 74 Wall St. Seattle WA 98121. The lands affected by the mineral interest are described as follows: The Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter (NW1/4 of SE1/4) of Section two (2) also Lots five (5) and six (6) of Section one (1) in Township Fifteen (15) North, Range two (2) West of Willamette Meridian, excepting ten and one-half (10 1/2) acres from the north side of said Lots five and six and more particularly described as follows: commencing at a stake one hundred seventy six and one half (176 1/2) rods west from southeast corner of the William Mize Donation Claim and running west fifty six (56) rods, thence South four (4) rods, thence to a point fifty-six rods south from the place of beginning, thence north fifty-six (56) rods to the place of beginning, also less a right of way for a road twenty (20) feet wide along the east line of said lot 6, and also subject to an easement in the public for any public road or roads now existing or established over or across the said premises.
