Spokane County seeks bids for driving range netting replacement at Liberty Lake Golf Course.

ONLINE BIDS will be received by Spokane County, Washington, until 1:00 p.m., March 6, 2026, at www.publicpurchase.com which time they will be opened in Spokane County Purchasing Department, 1026 W Broadway Avenue, Suite 103, Spokane, WA 99260 and virtually read aloud at 1:30 p.m., for furnishing the following:

THIS INVITATION to bid is for Construction Services for the Liberty Lake Golf Course Driving Range Netting Replacement.

THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation.

NATURE OF THE PROJECT: Spokane County is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all materials, labor, equipment and structural design necessary for the Spokane County Parks, Recreation, and Golf Department to remove and replace the existing driving range poles and net. Work includes demolition of existing driving range net and poles with proper disposal. Install and construction of new steel pole driving range net system with new net. Base bid pole heights are 70' tall along Sprague Avenue (south), 70' at the back of the range (west), and 50' on the interior of the course (north). Structural drawings and calculations are required to be submitted by the winning bidder, post bid.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held virtually at 1p.m. on February 26, 2025, via Microsoft Teams. Those prime contractors planning to submit bids are recommended to be represented at this meeting. Representation of a prime contractor will be witnessed by their presence and introduction at the pre-bid meeting. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

THE BOARD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, portion or parts thereof, and to waive all minor irregularities in bidding.
