PORT OF BENTON Request for Quotes Janitorial Services The Port of Benton is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for the properties owned and operated by the Port of Benton for Janitorial Services. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings on February 17th at 8:00 a.m. and on February 18th at 8:00 a.m. at 3250 Port of Benton Blvd., Richland (this may take most of the day) Project details (Scope) and submission guidelines is available at portofbenton.com under Business with us – Bid Opportunities. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. Pacific on March 5, 2026. In addition to submitting a quote, low bidder will be required to complete the Port's Small Works Application at portofbenton.com if selected. Contractor must also have completed or be exempt from the L&I Public Works Training. The Port encourages minority, women-owned and veteran-owned firms to submit proposals.
