NOTICE OF HEARING ON THE APPLICATION FOR A FRANCHISE In the Matter of The Application of: Wallula Water District 1 PO Box 197 Wallula, WA 99363 FOR PERMISSION AND AUTHORITY TO CONTINUE TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM WITHIN THE COUNTY OF WALLA WALLA, STATE OF WASHINGTON. WHEREAS, Wallula Water District 1 has heretofore filed with the Board of Walla Walla County Commissioners, under the provisions of Chapter 36.55, RCW, an application for a franchise to continue to operate and maintain a domestic water system within the public right of way in Walla Walla County, said right of way being more particularly described as follows: All dedicated, unvacated streets in the town of Wallula, Walla Walla County, Washington, per official Plat thereof of record in the office of the Auditor of Walla Walla County, Washington, August 25, 1952, under Auditor's No. 357016, and located in section 14, Township 7 North, Range 31, E.W.M NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held on said application, by the Board of Walla Walla County Commissioners in their office in the Commissioner Chambers, County Public Health and Legislative Building, located at 314 West Main Street, Walla Walla, Washington, on Monday the 2nd day of March, 2026, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as such hearing may be held.
