And that said right, S3-+00930CWRIS, has a priority date of December 9, 1971, and authorizes 2.3 cfs and 905 afy for industrial use. Both rights claim and authorize a Columbia River diversion located in Govt. Lot 4 of Section 3, T. 22 N., R. 20 E.W.M. And both rights have a claimed and authorized place of use located within the SW¼ NE¼ of Section 3, T. 22 N., R. 20 E.W.M.That the applicant proposes the following changes to both rights: to change the purpose of use to municipal supply purposes, to add 12 existing wells located in the NE¼ NE¼ of Section 33, the SE¼ SE¼ and Govt. Lot 3 of Section 34, and Govt. Lot 17 of Section 22 within T. 23 N., R. 20 E.W.M.; Govt. Lot 9 of Section 19, T. 22 N., R. 21 E.W.M.; and the SE¼ SE¼ of Section 13, T. 22 N., R. 20 E.W.M., a proposed well field to be located within Govt. Lot 9, Section 19, T. 22 N., R. 21 E.W.M., a proposed diversion on the Columbia River to be located in Sections 3, 10, 11, 14, 23, or 24 within T. 22 N., R. 20 E.W.M., or Sections 2, 3, 10, 15, 22, 27, or 34 within T. 23 N., R. 20 E.W.M., or Sections 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 or 30 within T. 22 N., R. 21 E.W.M., and to change the place of use to the DOH approved Regional Water System service area located within Chelan and Douglas Counties, Washington.Any protests or objections to the approval of this application may be filed with the Department of Ecology and must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-dollar ($50) recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology Cashiering Unit, P.O. Box 47611, Olympia, WA 98504-7611 within thirty (30) days from February 28, 2026.Any interested party may submit comments, objections, and other information to the Board regarding this application.
