NOTICE OF APPLICATIONNotice is hereby given that the Chelan County Department of Community Development, 316 Washington Street, Suite 301, Wenatchee, WA 98801, has received and found the following land use application to be complete and ready for processing, public review and comment. The subject project(s) below are categorically exempt for the environmental review pursuant to WAC 197-11-800.SP 26-029 Mounter - An application was submitted by Complete Design, Inc. (Agent) on behalf of Cheryl Mounter (Owner) to subdivide a 1.86-acre lot, within the Residential Moderate (RM) zone of the Wenatchee UGA, into 2 lots. Unassigned, Wenatchee, WA 98801 and identified by Assessor's Parcel No.: 23-20-20-860-370.On February 19, 2026 this application was noticed to the public, and no action will be taken on the project until the agency comment period ends March 5, 2026.All reports and file of record are available at 316 Washington St., Suite 301, Wenatchee, WA 98801 for review. Public comments will be accepted at any time prior to the close of the public record on project permits. Chelan County welcomes written public comment on all proposed land use actions. Comments must include your name, current address, and original signature, should be as specific as possible and may be mailed or personally delivered at the address listed above.
