ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
            Sealed proposals will be received by Maintenance Department, Montgomery Department of Education, 117 Marshall Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104, until 10:00 AM CST, Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at whichtime and place they will be publicly opened and read, for:
MONTGOMERY BOE BOILER & PRESSURE VESSELS & SERVICE REQUEST
MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA
            A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM CST, Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 117 Marshall Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.  All bidders must attend this meeting.
            A bid bond is not required for the bid. Proof of required insurance shall be required in bid documents. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required.
            Specifications may be examined at the office of Morris Davis Engineering LLC, 903 South Perry Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.
            PDF electronic bid documents may be obtained from the Engineer upon receipt of check for the amount of $25.00.
            Bids must be submitted on Proposal Form furnished by the Engineer or copies thereof.  The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby by promoted.
