REQUEST FOR 
PROPOSALS (RFP)

Rural Health Medical Program, Inc. (RHMPI) is accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the repair and/or replacement of a deteriorated exterior wooden accessibility ramp connected to a medical modular building.

Project Scope Includes:
• Removal of rotted wood and damaged materials
• Repair/replacement of walkway and structural supports
• Installation of ADA-compliant handrails
• Safety and accessibility improvements

Qualified contractors must provide proof of licensing, insurance, and relevant experience.
