TOWN OF STEELE, ALABAMA Steele Water Improvements Steele Station Road and Brogdon Street Alabama CDBG Project: SM-CM-PF-22-001 Legal Notice of Contract Completion In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that Alabama Grading and Excavation, LLC (Contractor) has completed the contract for construction of water system improvements for the Town of Steele, Alabama (Owner) at Steele Station Road and Brogdon Street in the State of Alabama, St. Clair County as provided for through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project number SM-CM-PF-22-001. Alabama Grading and Excavation has made request for final settlement of said contract.
