To VRG Camellia, LLC, Registered Agent, Karl A. Rosario: You are hereby notified that on July 7, 2025, a Complaint was filed in the Circuit Court of Dallas County, Alabama, in the above-styled case wherein Floor and Decor Outlets of America, Inc. states its claim for Enforcement of Lien and Quantum Meruit/Unjust Enrichment against you. VRG Camellia, Inc. is hereby directed to plead, answer, or otherwise respond to the Complaint on or before the 3rd day of July, 2026, or else thereafter suffer judgment by default to be rendered against it. It being intended that this notice shall be used to perfect service against VRG Camellia, Inc.
