TO: Those persons who are or consider themselves members of the family of Odie Ingram and Myrtie Ingram; those persons who are members of the family of Grantors as stated in that deed recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Walker County, Alabama in Deed Book/Volume 1192, Page 571 where the Grantors are Odie Ingram and Myrtie Ingram, and the Grantees are Charles Ray Ingram and Anita Mae Ingram; those who is/are any person(s) that may claim a right to purchase the real estate described in that deed recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Walker County, Alabama in Deed Book/Volume 1192, Page 571 where the Grantors are Odie Ingram and Myrtie Ingram, and the Grantees are Charles Ray Ingram and Anita Mae Ingram from a right being derived by being a member or "members of the family of the Grantors" as described in that deed; and those who is/are any person(s) who have standing to object to the transfer of the real estate described in that deed recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Walker County, Alabama in Deed Book/Volume 1192, Page 571 where the Grantors are Odie Ingram and Myrtie Ingram, and the Grantees are Charles Ray Ingram and Anita Mae Ingram to a person not a member of the family of Odie Ingram and Myrtie Ingram. The property subject to the deed recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Walker County, Alabama in Deed Book/Volume 1192, Page 571 which is the subject to the pending action and to which notice is hereby given to anyone who has a claim to the real estate is described as follows:
The Subject Property's physical address is 503 Ingram Road, Nauvoo, AL, and it is more particularly described as follows:
Seven acres of land lying in the West one-half (W1/2) of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 1, Township 13 South, Range 10 West, in Walker County, Alabama, more particularly described as follows: begin at the SE corner of said W 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4; thence run north along the east boundary line 1320 feet to the north boundary line of said quarter quarter; thence run west 231 feet; thence run south parallel with the west boundary line of quarter quarter 1320 feet to the south boundary line; thence run east 231 feet to the point of beginning.
You are hereby notified that a bill of complaint has been filed in the Circuit Court of Walker County, Alabama on the 2nd day of April, 2026, by Charles Ray Ingram against those persons who are otherwise unknown to the Plaintiff who are or consider themselves members of the family of Odie Ingram and Myrtie Ingram; Fictitious Defendants A, whether one or more, is/are those, who are otherwise unknown to the Plaintiff, who claim an interest or right to the real estate named as a defendant in this case as described below (referred to as the "Subject Real Estate") that would be characterized as a member or "members of the family of the Grantors" as stated in that deed recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Walker County, Alabama in Deed Book/Volume 1192, Page 571 where the Grantors are Odie Ingram and Myrtie Ingram, and the Grantees are Charles Ray Ingram and Anita Mae Ingram; Fictitious Defendant B, whether one or more, and who are otherwise unknown to the Plaintiff, is/are any persons that may claim a right to purchase the Subject Real Estate from a right being derived by being a member or "members of the family of the Grantors" as described in that deed; and Fictitious Defendants C, whether one or more, who are otherwise unknown to the Plaintiff, is/are any persons who have standing to object to the transfer of the Subject Real Estate to a person not a member of the family of Grantors; and a parcel of land in Walker County, Alabama with the address of 503 Ingram Road, Nauvoo, AL described above is also a named defendant in this cause. Such suit is now pending in the Circuit Court of Walker County, Alabama.
It is therefore ordered by the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Walker County, Alabama that publication of this notice be made in the Daily Mountain Eagle, a newspaper published and having a general circulation in Walker County, Alabama, once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks and that the above named defendants and fictitious defendants and all parties unknown who claim any right, title to, interest in, lien or encumbrance upon the lands described above or any part thereof, are directed to demur, plead to, or answer such bill of complaint no later than thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of this notice.
