NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Bill R. Evans (hereinafter called “Mortgagor”) to Donna G. Currie (hereinafter called “Mortgagee”) on the 9th day of July, 2003, said mortgage being recorded in the office of the Judge of Probate of Tallapoosa County, Alabama, on Recorded Card Number 183608, and said default continuing, the Mortgagee has elected to declare the entire indebtedness secured by the said mortgage to be due and payable as provided in said mortgage, and notice is hereby given that pursuant to law and the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door of the Tallapoosa County Courthouse in Dadeville, Tallapoosa County, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on the 22nd day of May, 2026, the following described real estate situated in the County of Tallapoosa, Alab
