Default having been made in the terms of that mortgage executed on February 19, 2016 by Kevin M. Barton, a married person, and Cheryl Lynn Barton, a married person, (spouses), to EvaBank, which said mortgage is recorded in Book 2454, Pg 493, on April 5, 2016, in the Probate Office of Walker County, Alabama, and which default is continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said Walker County, in Jasper, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on June 16, 2026:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 1 of the O'Neill Subdivision as recorded in Map Book 7 page 127, in the Probate Office of Walker County, Alabama.
Also, together with that certain 1999 manufactured home bearing VIN THL2932BAL, which has been affixed to the real property and is intended to constitute a part thereof.
Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debt and cost of foreclosure.
