Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jonathan M Ray and Lacie L Ray, husband and wife, to PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC Bank, N.A.) dated January 12, 2023; said mortgage being recorded on February 13, 2023 in Deed Book 2023, Page 4092 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County, Alabama.
