LEGAL NOTICEIn accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that Morrow Water Technologies, Inc., Contractor, has completed the Contract for the MMI Well Pump and Control Panel Installation Project for the Town of Marion, AL, and have made request for final settlement of said Contract.All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Mr. Rod Hawkins, P.E. of Utility Engineering Consultants, LLC at 135 Gemini Circle, Suite 211, Homewood, AL 35209.5-14-3c
