NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SCHLICHTING FAMILY, L.L.C., an Alabama limited liability company (the "Company"), has dissolved by the filing Articles of Dissolution with the Alabama Secretary of State on the 25th day of June, 2025.     Any claim against the Company should be addressed to Marilyn Bolen, 6842 Alba Drive, Saraland, Alabama 36571, and shall include: (a) the name, address and telephone number of the claimant, (b) the basis of the claim, (c) the date on which the claim arose, (d) an itemized statement of amounts claimed, and (e) to whom the claim is payable.  If not sooner barred, a claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this Notice.           C.
