IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF WILLIAM RALPH GROOVER III TO PROBATE AN INSTRUMENT PURPORTED TO BE THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CHARLES ALTON MYERS, JR., DECEASED.
This day came William Ralph Groover III and filed his petition in writing and under oath, praying for an order of this Court, admitting to probate an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Charles Alton Myers, Jr., deceased.
It is Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that the 23rd day of June, 2026, at 10:30 am central time, be, and the same is hereby fixed by the Court as the day and time for the hearing on the said petition.
