IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PIKE COUNTY, ALABAMA
IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF TROY BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, TROY, ALABAMA, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE WILL OF CHARLES HENDERSON, DECEASED, FOR SETTLEMENT.
CASE NO. CV-2026-41
NOTICE SETTING HEARING

On this day came Troy Bank and Trust Company of Troy, Alabama, as Trustee Under the Will of Charles Henderson, deceased, and filed its account, vouchers, evidence and statement for partial settlement of said Trusteeship for the period commencing January 1, 2022, through and including December 31, 2025.
It is Ordered that the 16th day of June, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. be, and the same is, hereby appointed as the day and time on which to make such settlement, at which time all persons interested can appear and contest said settlement if they think proper.
