NOTICE OF INITIATION OF THE SECTION 106 PROCESS: PUBLIC PARTICIPATIONHarmoni Towers proposes the construction of a monopole style telecommunications tow-er within a 100' x 100' lease area at 915 Old Pleasant Valley Rd., Rainbow City, Etowah Coun-ty, AL. The height of the tower will be 59.1-meters above ground level (194-feet above ground level) and 60.7-meters above ground level including appurtenances (199-feet above ground level with appurtenances). Proposed project will include ground disturbance.
