Henrico County, VA (herein “Lead Public Agency”) on behalf of itself and the GOVMVMT Purchasing Cooperative, the members of the Advisory Council and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein “Participating Public Agencies”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to enter into a Master Agreement(s) for a complete offering of Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Intelligent Automation Solutions for Government. Interested firms will execute and submit all information in accordance with the RFP's Proposal Submission Requirements and Instructions. The solicitation may result in an award to multiple contracts. Proposals are due no later than May 22, 2026 at 11:00am EST.
