Plaintiff has been and is now the lawful holder of the Notice of Claim of Lien and is the proper party to bring this action.8. Defendants Hayden are indebted to Plaintiff for property assessment liens, late charges and administrative expenses in the amount of $3,098.47 through March 1, 2026, together with continuing assessments, Late charges And administrative expenses.9. That Plaintiff is entitled to an award for its reasonable attorneys fees and costs of suit pursuant to statute.10. Defendants Hayden has or claims some rights. Title interest or claim of defendants is inferior and subordinate to the claim of Plaintiffs assessment lien on the real property.11. That the real property described above is not used for agricultural or grazing purposes and has been abandoned by Defendants Hayden and therefore the redemption period shall be thirty (30) calendar days.NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED.
