NOTICE TO CREDITORS -  -The Benson Family Trust, dated May 14, 1985 NOTICE TO CREDITORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lloyd J. Benson passed away on August 11, 2019, and Myrna J. Benson passed away on March 11, 2026. Lloyd J. Benson and Myrna J. Benson were the Settlors of the Benson Family Trust dated May 14, 1985 (hereinafter "Trust"). Deborah S. Dervaes and Deanna L. Benson are the current Trustees of the Trust. PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 14-6103, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to any creditors of Lloyd J. Benson, Myrna J. Benson, and/or the Trust that they must present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim indicating its basis, the name and address of the claimant, the date the claim is due, the amount claimed, and describing any security for the claim.
