NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF TRUST
In the Matter of the Trust of: Patricia Lou Suiter, Deceased
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Patricia Suiter died on or about March 3, 2026 and was the trustor of the Douglas M. Suiter and Patricia L. Suiter Trust, dated March 16,2005 (the "Trust").
Michael McEwin is the acting Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 14-6103, all persons having claims against the Trust are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred.
Claims must be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to the Trustee at the following address:
