Lewis was the Settlor of the Robert P. Lewis Living Trust dated December 17, 2012 (hereinafter "Trust").  Greggory P. Lewis is the current Trustee of the Trust.   PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 14-6103, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to any creditors of Robert P. Lewis and/or the Trust that they must present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
