NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ALEXIS HUGH WASSON and ROY ROBERT WILLIAM WASSON VALLE, who is also known as ROY WASSON VALLE, have accepted appointment as Successor Co-Trustees of THE SURVIVOR'S TRUST CREATED UNDER THE BALUCO TRUST dated June 1, 1989, as Amended ("Trust"). MARIA LUISA VALLE DE WASSON ("Decedent") died on October 26, 2025. All persons having claims against the Decedent or against the Trust are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to the Successor Co-Trustees at the following address:
