NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AVONDALE, ARIZONA: PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 48-716 AND 48-723C, ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Alamar Community Facilities District of the City of Avondale, Arizona (the "District") will meet on June 1, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., at the Council Chambers, 11465 W. Civic Center Drive, Avondale, AZ 85323, to conduct a public hearing on the statements and estimates of the District's expenditures as set forth in the tentative budget heretofore approved and filed with the District Clerk by the District and on the adoption of the District's final budget for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. This notice also constitutes notice of the filing of the estimate as required by Section 48-723C, Arizona Revised Statutes. Copies of the budget are available at Avondale City Hall, 11465 W.
