NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MESA, ARIZONA:
PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 48-716 AND 48-723C, ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Cadence Community Facilities District (City of Mesa, Arizona) (the “District”) will meet on May 21, 2026, at 7:30 a.m., at the Mesa City Council Chambers, City of Mesa, 20 East Main Street, Mesa, Arizona 85201, to conduct a public hearing on the statements and estimates of the District's expenditures as set forth in the tentative budget heretofore approved and filed with the District Clerk by the District and on the adoption of the District's final budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, and the levy of an ad valorem tax, with final approval of the District's tax levy on May 21, 2026, same time and place. This notice also constitutes notice of the filing of the estimate as required by Section 48-723C, Arizona Revised Statutes.
