REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES The City of Bearden, Arkansas, is seeking Annual Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional grant administration services, including grant writing, application preparation, and project administration for state and federal grant funded projects. Statements will be kept on file for 2026 and used to select grant administration services as projects develop for grant applications and grant administration contingent upon funding award. Statements must be submitted to Mayor Ginger Bailey at beardencity@windstream.net no later than Friday, May 22, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and waive formalities deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
