The Helena Advertising &Promotions Commission has adopted the following schedule forconsideration of funding requests:Project/Event Date Application Deadline Funding DecisionJan 1 - Jun 30, 2026 Nov 15, 2025 by Dec 15, 2025Jul 1 - Dec 31, 2026 May 15, 2026 by June 15, 2026Projects previously funded by A&P will only be considered forsubsequent funding if a completed final report has been submitted atthe conclusion of the project or event. This final report should includea copy of the financial report for this event and copies of invoicescovering the cost of marketing, advertising and promotion that wasfunded by this grant.
