REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICESThe City of Leola, Arkansas, is seeking Annual Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provideprofessional grant administration services, including grant writing, application preparation, and projectadmin-istration. Statements will be kept on file for 2026 and used to select grant administration services asprojects develop for grant applications and grant administration contingent upon funding award. Statementsmust be submitted to Mayor Virginia Harrison at cityofleoloa@yahoo.com no later than Thursday, May 14,2026 by 2:00 p.m. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and waive formalities deemedto be in the best interest of the City.This public notice cost $40.45 and will be paid by the City of Leola.
