NOTICE TO BIDDERS OF THE INTENTION OF THE McCRORY SCHOOL DISTRICT
TO LET CONTRACT FOR Football Field Parking Lots Improvement including new asphalt paving and drainage work.
SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to Supt.Scott Waymire, 509 N Jackson, McCrory, AR, 72101 will be received until 11:00 A.M.,  May 25th  , 2026 at Administration Office. Bids will be opened and read aloud at such time at Administration Office.
All contractors shall visit the football field parking sites to confirm existing site conditions. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained via phone (501) 376-2446 or capitolblueplanroom.com upon payment for each set. No refunds will be made
A CERTIFIED OR CASHIER'S CHECK, or an acceptable bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the McCrory School District and furnish bonds on the forms provided.
