Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed by Jamie R. Atkinson in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Pulaski County, Arkansas:Lot 3, Block 10, Section Two, Greenlea Subdivision in the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.Any person with an adverse claim or who can set up any right to the lands described herein in consequence of any informality or any irregularity connected with the public sale by Limited Warranty Deed for Forfeited Property Sold issued on these properties by Charlie Daniels, Commissioner of State Lands, for delinquent and non-payment of ad valorem taxes, is hereby notified to enter an appearance herein, by filing with the clerk of this court a written Objection, on or before the 30th day following the first date of publication of this notice on May 12, 2026, to show cause why the sale should not be confirmed, in Jamie R.
