APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE 2026.10

Be it Enacted by the Quorum Court of the County of Columbia, State of Arkansas; an Ordinance to be Entitled:

An ordinance amending various budgets to allow for the payment of Premium Holiday Pay as outlined in the updated employment policy.

Whereas, a new expenditure code will be added to the County General Fund/Sheriff Department, County Road Fund, Solid Waste Fund, Jail Operation and Maintenance Fund, and Emergency 911 Fund budgets to allow for accurate tracking of Premium Holiday Pay and requires appropriation.

Now therefore be it Enacted by the County of Columbia, State of Arkansas:

Article 1 The Quorum Court has found and determined the Columbia County budgets listed below for the Calendar Year 2026, as appropriated by Appropriation Ordinance 2025.28, are hereby amended as set forth transferring within the funds and budgets.
