The TWENTY-FIRST Amendment to the 2026Annual Budget for Drew County, which the Annual Budget wasdated December 8, 2025, and which amendment is dated Decem-ber 8, 2025 and is filed with the County Clerk, is hereby adoptedby reference and is incorporated herein as though set out word forword.ARTICLE 2.
