NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION AND QUIET TITLE ACTION
Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Lonoke County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Lonoke County, Arkansas:Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 3 North, Range 9 West, Lonoke County, Arkansas, thence South 969.66 feet to the point of beginning, thence South 66.66 feet; thence East 659 feet; thence North 66.66 feet; thence West 659 feet to the point of beginning. More commonly known as 179 N. Concord Road, Lonoke County, Arkansas, Parcel # 001-08899-011. The properties described herein were conveyed to MIDARK HOUSES, LLC VIA Limited Warranty Deeds, and/or Correction Warranty Deeds, if any, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Commissioner of State Lands, State of Arkansas under the provisions of Act 626 of 1983, as amended, after the properties remained unredeemed following expiration of the time required by law. The last person, firm or corporation assessed to pay taxes on the above-described real property was Barney Lee Dillon. All persons, firms, corporations, or improvement districts that can set up any right to the real property conveyed and forfeited is hereby notified to appear herein, asserting his/her/its title or interest in said properties and to show cause as to why the title to the property should not be confirmed, quieted and vested in Plaintiff herein, in fee simple.
