PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Cave Springs, Arkansas that the Cave Springs City
Council will hold a public hearing at the regular meeting of the City Council to be held at the
Cave Springs Community Building located at 120 South Main Street, Cave Springs, Arkansas
on May 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held for the purpose of considering an
Ordinance that has been introduced to establish new rates and charges for services rendered
by the sewer system of the City of Cave Springs. At the public hearing, all interested parties
shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed new rates and charges, as well
as the Ordinance.
