Pursuant to A.C.A. §8-4-203, and the rules promulgated thereunder, the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E), Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Air Quality gives the following notice:
White River Marine Group, LLC - Aluminum Plant (45•00242) operates a facility located at 470
West Industrial Park Road, Flippin, AR  72634. Facility has submitted a modification to add a new water-based paint booth SN-17, convert SN-07, SN-08 and SN-10 from urethane to water- based pain booths and convert SN-14 from as a touch up repair booth to a poly coat booth. Permitted emissions changing by -1.3 tpy of PM, 0.2 tpy of PM10, -41.4 tpy of VOC, -2.25 tpy of Total HAPs, 1.46 tpy of Ammonia and 0.004 tpy of MDI, 0.0117 tpy of HDI.
The application has been reviewed by DEQ staff and has received DEQ's tentative approval
subject to the terms of this notice.
