.NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that a public hearing will be heldbefore the Board ofDirectors of the City of Hope, Arkansas (the “City”) on theissuance by the City of waste disposal revenue bonds in themaximum aggregate principal amount of $3,000,000 (the“Bonds”). The Bonds will be issued to finance a portion ofthe costs of improvements to theCity's solid waste collection and disposal system (the“System”), including particularly, without limitation, theconstruction of a new Class 4 landfill cell, the acquisition ofvehicles and equipment and improvements necessary toremediate contaminants. The Bonds will be securedby revenues of the System. Any persons interested mayexpress their views, both orally and in writing, on theproposed issuance of the Bonds before the Board ofDirectors, on May 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., inthe City Hall Board Room at206 W.
