Arvest Bank, 75 North East Street, Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas 72701 intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for the establishment of a full-service branch at 3574 Southern Creek Lane, Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas 72401. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs.
