CONSTITUTIONALAMENDMENT (OR OTH-ER MEASURE) RE-FERRED TO THE PEOPLEBY THE GENERALAS-SEMBLYNOTICE TO THE PUBLICPursuant to Article 19, Section22, of the Arkansas Con-stitution, the 95th GeneralAssembly refers the followingconstitutional amendment to avote of the people on Novem-ber 3, 2026, and will appear onthe ballot as Issue No. 1.
