NOTICE OF RECODIFICATION AND AVAILABILITY OF CODE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Rogers will consider the recodification of the City of Rogers Code of Ordinances at its City Council meeting at Rogers City Hall located at 301 West Chestnut Street on May 12, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. In accordance with Ark. Code Ann. § 14-55-701, three (3) hard copies of the proposed municipal code have been filed in the Rogers City Clerk's Office at 301 W. Chestnut Street, Rogers, Arkansas and are available for inspection and viewing by the public. An electronic copy of the proposed municipal code may be viewed online at the Rogers City Clerk's website at https://www.rogersar.gov/277/City-Clerk.
