Pursuant to the Arkansas Operating Air Permit Program, 8 CAR § 42-502, the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E), Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Air Quality gives the following notice:
PotlatchDeltic Manufacturing, LLC - Waldo Lumber Mill (14•00037) operates a facility located at 1720 Highway 82 West, Waldo, AR  71770. This facility has submitted an application to install a new 84.7 HP natural gas emergency generator for the main office (SN-39). The new
generator is subject to NSPS JJJJ. The facility's permitted annual emissions are increasing by 0.1 tpy PM, 0.1 tpy PM10, 0.1 tpy SO2, 0.1 tpy VOC, 18.1 tpy CO, 0.5 tpy NOx, and 0.01 tpy total HAPs.
