Public Notice of Sale of Abandoned Property Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will sell at public auction, pursuant section 1968 and or 21700 of the civil and business and professional codes of the State of California, the following properties to wit, identified by tenant name and storage unit. Jaclyn Barron Unit # 00336 Philip Montford Unit # 00235 The sale will be on the 6th of May 2026 @ 10:00 a.m. Auction will be held online at StorageTreasures.com 760-674-9922. The landlord reserves the right to bid at the sale. All goods are sold "as is" and must be removed at the time of purchase. This is a cash only sale. The sale is subject to prior settlement between landlord and tenant. A refundable cleaning deposit in the amount of one hundred ($100.00) dollars is required by all winning bidders.
