The Bear River Band of the Rohnerville Rancheria is soliciting bids for three related projects under Hazard Mitigation Funding related to Direct Declaration 4692-DR. The three separate, but related projects. Projects are; Environmental and Historic Preservation Compliance, Seismic Evaluation of Resort and Geological Slope Remediation for Decommissioned WWTF site. All funding is provided under DR4692 - FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. All applicable Codes, Regulations and Standards apply. This project is approximately 50% supported by FEMA Public Assistance (non-emergency) funds and remains subject to federal funding availability, including potential impacts from federal budget delays or government shutdowns.
