REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Substitute Staffing Services for Infant/Toddler and Preschool Programs Deadline: Tuesday, May 26, 2026 Plaza de la Raza Child Development Services, Inc. operates a Head Start and Early Head Start program that provides comprehensive integrated services to children from birth to five years of age and is c urrently accepting bids for substitute staffing services to provide support for Infant and Toddler and Preschool programs. Services to be provided from July 2026 through June 2027. Requirements and Specifications: . The contractor will provide substitute staffing services for Infant/Toddler and Preschool programs: Teachers, Associate Teachers, and Classroom Aides. Minimum education qualifications apply . All substitute staff must meet applicable licensing, health, safety, and program requirements and must be able to work effectively in an early childhood education setting. . Must have at least $1,000,000 liability insurance and workers' insurance coverage. Scope of Work: . Maintain required ratios and follow program policies, procedures, and licensing requirements .
